“

I took my vehicle in for a noise that I heard inside the vehicle at higher speeds. It was determined that it was a brake shield on the front drivers wheel. Hoping that would solve the problem, I left satisfied. As of today, the noise has returned and it is more frequent than before. I purchased a Verano on the 9th, and had a very positive experience with the dealership and with my salesman, E.J. Unfortunately, on the 11th I was in an accident and totaled the vehicle. E.J. has gone above and beyond to help me with everything since this happened. I just can't say enough to thank him for all of his hard work and positive attitude through this experience. I had a screw in my tire tread. John had it fixed. He arranged for a driver to take me home and bring me back so that I did not have to wait ( your new wait area looks really nice). Frankly I cannot think of one bad thing to say about my experience. Each person I worked with was not only courteous and professional but seemed like they really wanted to do whatever necessary to get me off the lot in my new vehicle.
