Armand is one of the first faces you will see when you walk into our showroom! As a sales manager, he is well-versed in the front to back experience you receive as one of our guests, and for good reason! Armand is patient, he is empathetic, and he knows just how to assist the team is delivering a fantastic delivery experience. He’s well rounded, too! Not too many sales managers can say that they are a MENSA member, a classically trained percussionist, a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu AND a proud father of two! Armand has been in the automotive retail business for 7 years and his favorite car is the GMC Sierra.
Hailey is a welcomed fresh face on the sales floor at Ray Laethem Buick GMC! Her guests love her patient, focused demeanor and her insatiable sense of humor keeps them laughing. If she isn’t at the store taking care of her guests, she can be found in the kitchen baking some of her store-famous double chocolate chip cookies. She’s a coffee connoisseur and her favorite cupholders to put that coffee in are found in the GMC Acadia!
Bob is our senior sales and leasing consultant at Ray Laethem Buick GMC! His 41 years of experience with The Ray Laethem Auto Village has been well spent serving the residents of Grosse Pointe, Detroit and beyond. When he’s not in the office, you can find him up north with his family or at the gym keeping active. His favorite car is the GMC Yukon.
Ryan is one of our veterans on the sales floor. With over 8 years of experience, he’s learned just what it takes to treat his guests the right way, every time! When he isn’t at work, he can be found cheering on our Lions, waiting for the next Amon-Ra St. Brown touchdown. He lives in Shelby Township with his wife and their two kids and his favorite car is the Buick Envision Avenir.
Bruce has been serving his guests in Michigan for close to FIFTY years! He sits right by the front door and has been here at the Buick GMC store for the last 10 years and has mastered the art of taking care of his clients the right way, every time. When he’s not in the office, he can be found refreshing his golf game and spending time with his family at home. His favorite car is the GMC Acadia.
If there was one person who truly knows Grosse Pointe, it’s Matt Frame! Matt, a 16 Year employee at The Ray Laethem Motor Village (with an impressive 32 years in the business!) loves to be “in the know” with all things GP. If Matt isn’t in the office, you can find him on Lakeshore drive with his wife riding their scooters around town taking in all the Pointes have to offer. He adores his friends and his family, and his favorite car is the Buick Envision.
Of the many hats that Lauren wears at The Ray Laethem Motor Village, being Bob Hunwick’s sales assistant is her favorite! A proud 26-year employee and the “hardest working woman in show business” around here, Lauren prides herself in taking care of her guests and treating them like family. When she’s not at work, Lauren can be found at home with a good book or getting caught up in a game with her grandkids. Her favorite car is the Buick Enclave.
