I recently was referred to Ray Laethem and the purchase of my car has been one of the best experiences ever for getting a car. Bob Hunwick offered to let me drive the car as much as I needed to make a decision, (I've been places where they "ride" with you when you test drive). He looked through car inventory at other participating dealers to get me what I wanted, ended up they had what I was looking for. They offered different scenarios for financing and when I went to pick up the vehicle the sales assistant, Lauren, sat in the car and went over every option and how it worked until I was satisfied. I just couldn't believe they gave well over 100% attention to me and to top it off, I left with a full tank of gas. The professionalism was over the top and will definitely recommend to others.

Dropped my wife’s enclave off. They assessed the problem and got back to me quickly with a quote to repair the issue. They worked with the warranty company that I bought my warranty from and that cut the original cost in half. Very happy with the service I got.

Usually I have to wait an hour or more but this time was a surprise short time. I like the new policy of registering for a time for repair. Thus I can wait rather than take a loner or request my neighbor to pick me up and drop me off again.
