2022 GMC Sierra Engines 

You can tow up to 13,000 pounds with our light-duty GMC truck engine. The engine output will ultimately depend on which engine you choose: 

• 2.7L Turbo High-Output Engine – 310 hp; 430 lb-ft of torque
• 5.3L V8 Engine
• 6.2L V8 Engine – 10-speed automatic transmission; 420 hp; 460 lb-ft of torque
• 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel Engine – 10-speed automatic transmission

2022 Sierra GMC Canyon Engines

The midsize GMC Canyon offers innovative features such as Duralife™ brake rotors and an integrated CornerStep rear bumper. With a towing capacity of 7,700 pounds and an available 308-hp 3.6L V6 gas engine, you can do incredible things on Royal Oak roads: 

• 2.5L I4 Gas Engine – 200 hp (limited availability)
• Duramax® 2.8L Turbo-Diesel Engine – 181 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque
